No. Close and secure your umbrella when it's not in use and whenever it's windy, and always use the recommended base weight.

Yes. We offer in-house DTF printing for umbrellas, café barriers and branding, plus a wide range of canopy colours and valance styles. Request a quote with your size, colour, quantity and artwork.

Yes — including other brands. Repairs are handled by our repair division, The Broken Umbrella, covering cords, canopies and winders. You can drop your umbrella off at our Seaford workshop, or if you can't get to us, we can arrange pick-up and drop-off for you (fees apply).

We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and custom or branded products can't be returned. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any issue within 48 hours. See our refund policy.
