1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before purchasing, especially for custom-branded or made-to-order products.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only where required under the Australian Consumer Law. A return may be accepted if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-faulty goods that are returned with approval.
3. Warranty & Faulty Products
Fabric Canopies: 5-year warranty.
Frames: 2-year warranty.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Exclusions: damage caused by weather/wind, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
If an umbrella or accessory is deemed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Custom-Branded Products
No returns are accepted for custom-printed umbrellas, café barriers, or branded canopies unless the product is faulty.
We provide design proofs for approval before production to avoid errors.
5. Repairs & After-Sales Service
We provide professional repairs through our service arm The Broken Umbrella.
Customers must remove umbrellas from their bases and secure them for collection.
Courier pickup can be arranged (charges apply).
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
