Send photos first
If you are unsure whether the repair is practical, email clear photos of the umbrella and damaged area so we can advise the next step.
Drop it off, or we'll collect
Drop your umbrella off at our workshop at 2/64 Brunel Road, Seaford VIC 3198. If you can't get to us, we can arrange pick-up and drop-off for you (fees apply). You don't need to bring the base unless our team asks for it.
We assess the job
We inspect the umbrella and confirm the practical repair, replacement canopy or parts required before proceeding.
