Delivery

Delivered Australia-wide. Standard stock items usually arrive within 1–2 weeks; custom-branded orders take around 3–4 weeks to produce. Freight is calculated by size, weight and postcode — use the shipping estimator above. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any issue within 48 hours.

Warranty & returns

Fabric canopies carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Frame, hardware and accessory coverage varies by product and is set out in our current refund & warranty policy. Wind damage, misuse, incorrect installation and normal wear are excluded. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
